The CFI floor covering installer, expresses a desire to clearly state the principles and ideas that guide all of us with our relationship with our customers. We know there are customers who have felt dissatisfied with the manner in which they were treated, with the appearance of those who entered their home or establishment to install floor coverings. Those who have felt as though their wishes were completely ignored during the installation period. Those who have experienced workers who arrived hours later than the scheduled appointment, those who have endured bad manners, such as foul language, uninvited smoking, off-color stories and dirty clothes. Just plain bad manners are too uncommon!
We cannot tell other installers how to stand proud as an artisan, though we can associate with those and adhere to common goals of the CFI installers. It is our firm belief that an unkempt and nasty dispositional creature, who exhibits no pride and his personal surroundings cannot provide, floor-covering installation of which anyone would be proud!

Therefore, we consider the following to be inalienable rights of our customers. We expect to be held accountable, whenever we deny any of these rights to a customer!
To our customer's.
1. As a customer, you are entitled to be treated like a real individual with friendliness, honesty and respect.
2. As a customer, you are entitled to full value for your money, which has been spent. You should feel assured that you have engaged in a service of an installer, who has agreed to perform to the best of their ability and to provide lasting workmanship, of which you can be proud and you can relate to others information in order that they may also use a CFI services.
3. As a customer, you are entitled to a complete guarantee of satisfaction. It is stated in the code of ethics of the CFI installer that the ultimate goal of our workmanship is customer satisfaction.
4. As a customer, you are entitled to friendly and knowledgeable answers upon inquiry to be directed to this source, who will supply the requested information.
5. As a customer, you are entitled to the cooperation of the CFI installer when an installation problem arises. It is our goal to resolve any installation problem in a mutually satisfactory manner, if it has been determined to be our responsibility to do so.
6. As a customer, you are entitled to receive the benefits of an artisanship of a floor covering installation. As displayed by the CFI installer, who has been certified according to skills they possess. Proof of this certification is readily of available upon request.
Furthermore, as a customer, you are entitled to be treated exactly as we want to be treated when we are the customers of other.
